One person can try out the blindfold at a time, and you can figure out the rest from there. Okay, this may not be for everyone, because it can involve a significant amount of trust, but if both you and your partner are down, introducing a blindfold to the bedroom can be a really fun way to get to know your partner better while exploring new things together. Staring into someone’s eyes is a deeply intimate experience, but also a great way to reinforce your connection to one another, and maybe even spark some intimacy. While this may seem like a super simple task, it ends up being way harder than you might think. To play, all you have to do is look into each other’s eyes. So when playing this game together, you will potentially see your partner at their worst (bankruptcy is stressful even in a board game!), but, hey, it’s good to know what you’re in for. Monopoly, for competitive people like me, can get extremely heated and stressful. The next time you have a couple hours and are in the mood to play a boardgame, try out a game of Monopoly together. Try it out, have lots of laughs and revel in the fact that you and your partner can make total fools of yourselves in front of one another and still have a good time. Twisterĭon’t underestimate how fun Twister can be as an adult! If you are like me, you haven’t even thought about, much less played Twister in the past 10 years, but that should definitely change! Even if you’ve lost all your childhood flexibility, Twister can be a super fun game to play with your partner, just don’t take yourself too seriously. As your board game characters advance through the game, you can have discussions about how you see your individual futures going, as well as the future of your relationship. The game of Life is a fun board game for any type of game night, but it can be an especially fun game to play to get to know more about your partner.
